We all know that where mandates existed there was no informed consent, it was coercion & blackmail. Sent to hospital laid basic stuff ECG blood tests Cxr neurology exam and told me I was ok go home. My discharge summary last line said I had atrial fib. And I passed the neuro test despite struggling to stand. Atrial fibroids b tends to throw off clots. No treatment commenced, no referral to a cardiologist. Vaccine injured were being sent home to die, because this vaccine is “ safe and effective” . Reality, I had pericarditis and now a permanent heart condition. I’m aware the state system of running hospitals that way has cost lives. We no longer have a health system.
From a dear friend in NSW who advised me that he received official information that he would not receive job seeker payments or employment positions unless he took the jab. It is a mess. Years ago we could get an exemption for various reasons. No jab no play changed all that. It seems to me that the medics are all so compromised and all faith is lost. Do the judges want to go there too? So far they have only dabbled in going there. It remains to be seen if they will discredit themselves and their institutions too. Dr Raj Bhula of the Office of The Gene Therapy regulator, admitted in the Australian senate that Pfizer and Moderna are dealing with GMO`s without a licence. This is a serious criminal offence under Australian law. The Attorney-General, Mark Doofus was notified and would not do his duty and, the Federal Police Commissioner was presented with this damning evidence and promptly terminated the investigation. ( This prevented it going via the CDPP ) Dr Julian Fidge was able to institute proceedings for the commitment to trial for Pfizer and Moderna under section 32 and 33 of the Gene Technology Act 2000. The case went to court recently under Justice Rofe. Justice Rofe has previously represented Pfizer on at least five occasions prior to this and had other interests in group clinical research projects involving humans. Justice Rofe did not declare a conflict of interest. Justice Rofe dismissed the application on the basis that Dr Fidge lacks standing due to not being considered an "aggrieved person" under the Act, therefore "has no reasonable prospect of successfully prosecuting the proceeding." Dr Fidge clearly was aggrieved and a miscarriage of justice was clearly conducted. The next step appears to appeal as a constitutional complaint under section 72(ii) ( JUDICIAL MISBEHAVIOUR ). This has only happened once in 1986 for Justice Lionel Murphy. Lionel Murphy looks like a saint compared to what the current crop of tyrants are doing, and I cannot see them relinquishing power via Section 72(ii) that can assist in exposing this corrupt government to it`s crimes against humanity?

This has been mooted in the media on the grounds that if the authorities think there is a public health emergency that can only be addressed by a vaccine, then they may legitimately override the right to informed consent. All rights are contingent, it seems, on the whim of government bureaucrats! (2) The argument paraded by Bill Gates et al, was that the only way out of this deadly pandemic of a lethal, novel virus, was (compulsory) vaccination. This was widely believed and reiterated by zealous but strangely ignorant Australian public health 'experts' and Premiers. I will never forget that I was denied entry to my tiny local Op Shop, which I had supported for years, by a masked elderly lady stationed at the door, due to not having a 'vaccine passport'. I succumbed to the fear propaganda-machine and, being at the time 70 years old and wanting to stay alive especially for my young grandchildren, I took the first two Pfizer shots, thankful that I was able to get a cancelled appointment and avoid AstraZeneca, knowing I had a risk for clotting events.
I said to the vaccinating doctor, “I’m feeling a bit nervous about this vaccine.” He replied, “Why?” I said, “Oh well, you hear things about adverse effects.” He replied, “You’ve had vaccines before?” I said, “Yes.” And that was that. Definitely no INFORMED consent. I feel that the doctor let me down. It was experimental, so called ‘medical’ technology and yet, he treated it as if there were not a care in the world about it.
No effects after my first jab, but after the second, that night, I ached badly all over. It reminded me of labour pains. The back and leg pains were severe. I had a rash on my chest and had sore skin all over. I developed severe osteoarthritis in a lumbar facet joint, (the most life-changing out of all of my adverse effects,) neurological effects - burning, stinging, tingling pain all over. Painful hands and feet, especially both big toes and both thumbs. Loss of strength in hands and legs. Hypersensitivity to some sounds, especially loud, sudden, sharp sounds - these cause pain throughout my body. Possible erythromelalgia, (burning pain in hands and feet,) and electric-like shocks in different parts of the body, especially hands and legs. Sometimes extremely sudden and very strong pain in what seems to be veins in my wrists. Apart from the first night of jab 2, I have continued to experience all of these symptoms.
Now I’m not sure if I’ll get such vaccinations as the flu jab, even though I’m in a higher risk category due to my age. But what if my reactions have caused some permanent immune dysfunction, or retaining of toxic materials which could predispose me to worse reactions next time? I’m very cranky with all those involved in all things CoVid. I got through CoVid last year, (aged 72,) with minor troubles, apart from a razor-sore throat. I declined Paxlovid, as I didn’t want to risk further adverse effects on top of a viral illness. I used natural supplements and was very fortunate to get Ivermectin from a relative.
We’ve lost so much. Trust in people we should have been able to trust has left the building. I do trust integrative doctors though, who have helped me build my health for many years.

In regard to submitting adverse events to the TGA, an adverse event report should have been submitted for every case of 'Covid' (aka positive PCR/RAT) after Covid-19 vaccination.
Obviously cases of 'vaccine failure' are adverse events after vaccination...and should be reported.

As a pensioner in Dan’s draconian state. Dependent on the public system we were told no jab no treatment and no public hospitals. I had one shot of Pfizer and ended up injured. Sent to hospital laid basic stuff ECG blood tests Cxr neurology exam and told me I was ok go home. My discharge summary last line said I had atrial fib. And I passed the neuro test despite struggling to stand. Atrial fibroids b tends to throw off clots. No treatment commenced, no referral to a cardiologist. Vaccine injured were being sent home to die, because this vaccine is “ safe and effective” . Reality, I had pericarditis and now a permanent heart condition. I’m aware the state system of running hospitals that way has cost lives. We no longer have a health system.

Can you give me some examples of what you’ve done?
At the time of vaccination, only the manufacturers knew the contents of the vaccine vials. Scientists have slowly uncovered the harmful contents since then, not sure if all content is now known. NO VACCINEE could have given informed consent as no vaccinee knew what was being injected into them. Even when some of the harmful vial content was being exposed publically, and vaccine injuries were mounting, the injectors still kept it up, the govt and health authorities still kept promoting it ... Pressure was applied to mainstream media to not publish this information for public consumption. - by whom?? Obvious question - if the public had known of the undisclosed contents (endotoxin, SV40, frame shifting pseudouridine, E coli DNA, prion making instructions) would they have given consent to be injected???? The answer is obvoiusly NO NO NO.
Surely the injectors knew of their lack of protection from liability, at the very least why did they not stop injecting when injuries and evidence of lack of effectiveness became known. What happened to their promise to do no harm??? These medical persons have proven themselves incapable of ensuring our health, with the result that the public can no longer trust what they do or say. Verified by their lack of acceptance of vaccine injured and harmful vaccine content, lack of voice about an ineffective vaccine, continuing promotion of boosters, lack of apologies to injured and the public, too proud/arrogant to listen to the findings of medical scientists. What a wakeup call about the medical profession!!

It is a mess. Years ago we could get an exemption for various reasons. No jab no play changed all that. It seems to me that the medics are all so compromised and all faith is lost. Do the judges want to go there too? So far they have only dabbled in going there. It remains to be seen if they will discredit themselves and their institutions too. If the courts are also compromised then I would rather know this than have some ridiculous hope. How far up shit creek are we?
loubee, there shouldn’t be ‘exemptions’ for vaccination, because people should be giving their voluntary informed consent to vaccination, or refusing the medical interventions if they so wish. You are absolutely correct. Thanks for the schooling. My guess is Butler never got back to you. Personally I could not believe what was happening when the mandates were imposed. It was against what I thought I knew. I kept waiting for the govt and medics to remember the rules. My family all lost our jobs and education. They might want to deny informed consent but we will never give ours up. Still waiting for the rules to be remembered. I appreciate your efforts in this regard because I want to know if those rules have now been changed. The immunisation handbook rules, the various health protocols, maybe they are maybes, but The Australian Constitution should never be. State of Emergency be damned. Thankyou for your work.
loubee, I have received a response from Butler’s office which is rubbish. I will be pursuing the matter. This is very serious because people have been misled about ‘exemptions’ and this goes way back beyond Covid.
It’s diabolical what happened to your family and countless others. We’ve all been adversely affected by this debacle one way or another, including political and social damage. Dr Raj Bhula of the Office of The Gene Therapy regulator, admitted in the Australian senate that Pfizer and Moderna are dealing with GMO`s without a licence. This is a serious criminal offence under Australian law. The Attorney-General, Mark Doofus was notified and would not do his duty and, the Federal Police Commissioner was presented with this damning evidence and promptly terminated the investigation. ( This prevented it going via the CDPP ) Dr Julian Fidge was able to institute proceedings for the commitment to trial for Pfizer and Moderna under section 32 and 33 of the Gene Technology Act 2000. The case went to court recently under Justice Rofe. Justice Rofe has previously represented Pfizer on at least five occasions prior to this and had other interests in group clinical research projects involving humans. Justice Rofe did not declare a conflict of interest. Justice Rofe dismissed the application on the basis that Dr Fidge lacks standing due to not being considered an "aggrieved person" under the Act, therefore "has no reasonable prospect of successfully prosecuting the proceeding." Dr Fidge clearly was aggrieved and a miscarriage of justice was clearly conducted. The next step appears to appeal as a constitutional complaint under section 72(ii) ( JUDICIAL MISBEHAVIOUR ). This has only happened once in 1986 for Justice Lionel Murphy. Lionel Murphy looks like a saint compared to what the current crop of tyrants are doing, and I cannot see them relinquishing power via Section 72(ii) that can assist in exposing this corrupt government to it`s crimes against humanity?

Excellent article Elizabeth - thank you. A couple of points to add. (1) There may be an argument that informed consent is not required in an 'emergency'. This has been mooted in the media on the grounds that if the authorities think there is a public health emergency that can only be addressed by a vaccine, then they may legitimately override the right to informed consent. All rights are contingent, it seems, on the whim of government bureaucrats! (2) The argument paraded by Bill Gates et al, was that the only way out of this deadly pandemic of a lethal, novel virus, was (compulsory) vaccination. This was widely believed and reiterated by zealous but strangely ignorant Australian public health 'experts' and Premiers. However it was also known to be false, as (a) the pandemic proved to be no more deadly than the flu and (b) standard early treatment protocols for respiratory viral infections were known from the outset to be effective.
Stephen, vaccinators - doctors, nurses, pharmacists and others - are obligated to obtain voluntary informed consent for vaccination. They must have voluntary informed consent before they interfere with someone else’s body.
That’s it.
And we need to investigate who specifically is coming up with these ‘emergency laws’ which have trashed people’s freedom.
We need names and to bring these individuals to account.
Well the record shows that it was the U.S. government and so many complicit agencies which had planned the "emergency law" strategy , including constitutional rights to bypass and overrule ALL laws, and they are still at it ; and since the DOD operatives are deeply involved and in control, you will have a hard time getting names.

I also think a practical step might be to push for more rigorous requirements for, and limits to, the use of emergency powers by government. Throughout history, emergencies - real or (as in the case of Covid) imaginary - have been used to establish and maintain tyranny.

There was no emergency, excess deaths worldwide were normal until the jabs, if you can convince a court of that, then the quack is in trouble. You were coerced, by the mandates. The quacks insurers will dump him because he didn't get informed consent. He is screwed and you get his house his savings and his super. Could be the best way to stop this from happening again. Yes, there are such judges and they are listening thanks to the "Interest of Justice" group in Costa Rica where lawsuits have been filed and won and still ongoing; arguments for informed consent , how the so-called "vaccines" were experimental gene therapies and unproven medical science, the importance of non derogable rights and how the Nuremberg Code is applicable more than ever, are all key components in seeking justice; why Costa Rica? because the Nuremberg Code has not been officially adopted in its entirety as law by any nation or as ethics by any major medical association....EXCEPT FOR COSTA RICA! the principles of the Code have been fully incorporated into Costa Rican law and have international application when legal decisions are made in Costa Rican courts.

I will never forget that I was denied entry to my tiny local Op Shop, which I had supported for years, by a masked elderly lady stationed at the door, due to not having a 'vaccine passport'. I was refused access to numerous other places including Readings bookstore, which I had patronised for decades. The person guarding the door there would not even sell me the book outside on the footpath (she was fully into punishing the unvaccinated). And I was prevented from entering the State Library of Victoria, which I had visited and supported in various ways for over sixty years, by a masked Chinese immigrant. That last insult was the point of No Return for me, as I became implacably opposed to the government's moronic Covid measures. Morally speaking, Daniel Andrews, Brett Sutton and their collaborators should be behind bars in my view. The only reason to believe they are not completely brainless is their evident capacity for scheming and telling lies.

I remember the self appointed mask police, I was walking with my mum and son near the beach, very, very few people around and was yelled at from a passing car window " Where is your mask, don't you know there is a pandemic going on".
I love the work you’re doing, Elizabeth and thank you! I succumbed to the fear propaganda-machine and, being at the time 70 years old and wanting to stay alive especially for my young grandchildren, I took the first two Pfizer shots, thankful that I was able to get a cancelled appointment and avoid AstraZeneca, knowing I had a risk for clotting events.
I said to the vaccinating doctor, “I’m feeling a bit nervous about this vaccine.” He replied, “Why?” I said, “Oh well, you hear things about adverse effects.” He replied, “You’ve had vaccines before?” I said, “Yes.” And that was that. Definitely no INFORMED consent. I feel that the doctor let me down. It was experimental, so called ‘medical’ technology and yet, he treated it as if there were not a care in the world about it.
No effects after my first jab, but after the second, that night, I ached badly all over. It reminded me of labour pains. The back and leg pains were severe. I had a rash on my chest and had sore skin all over. I developed severe osteoarthritis in a lumbar facet joint, (the most life-changing out of all of my adverse effects,) neurological effects - burning, stinging, tingling pain all over. Painful hands and feet, especially both big toes and both thumbs. Loss of strength in hands and legs. Hypersensitivity to some sounds, especially loud, sudden, sharp sounds - these cause pain throughout my body. Possible erythromelalgia, (burning pain in hands and feet,) and electric-like shocks in different parts of the body, especially hands and legs. Sometimes extremely sudden and very strong pain in what seems to be veins in my wrists. Apart from the first night of jab 2, I have continued to experience all of these symptoms.
Now I’m not sure if I’ll get such vaccinations as the flu jab, even though I’m in a higher risk category due to my age. But what if my reactions have caused some permanent immune dysfunction, or retaining of toxic materials which could predispose me to worse reactions next time? I’m very cranky with all those involved in all things CoVid. I got through CoVid last year, (aged 72,) with minor troubles, apart from a razor-sore throat. I declined Paxlovid, as I didn’t want to risk further adverse effects on top of a viral illness. I used natural supplements and was very fortunate to get Ivermectin from a relative.
We’ve lost so much. Trust in people we should have been able to trust has left the building. I do trust integrative doctors though, who have helped me build my health for many years.
