In addition, there surely cannot be informed consent when the doctor giving the injection provides the recipient with misinformation about the risks and benefits. This occurs because (a) there actually was no solid evidence at the time based on properly-run trials and (b) the information supplied to doctors overestimated the known benefits and virtually ignores the known risks of the product. Who would have agreed to get the 'jab' knowing what we now know about the risks of death and permanent injury from the toxic circulating spike - let alone the contamination with DNA etc?

After being injured by the first pfizer shot my doctor called me encouraging me to get my second saying would you rather be dead or blind? I asked her if she was being pressured to get people to have the second shot and she said yes. I saw a ton of doctors looking for help and they all urged me to get the second. Doctors who spoke out about the shot and mandates had their reputations smeared or fined by the college of physicians and surgeons here in Ontario. I’ve since learned that pharma funds all of our healthcare agencies, medical journals and universities. Pharma is in control. I googled Dr. Phillip Buckhaults last week just to get his proper title and lo and behold beneath his name he was called an anti vaxxer. He confirmed the discovery of the contaminated plasmid DNA in the shots, he got his IRB and currently testing tissue samples to see how widespread the integration into our stems. Pharma is out to discredit him which they’re well versed at.

Voluntary informed consent wasn't destroyed by anyone. It's is a fundamental right that exists. It is a law within common law and has been formalised in various charters. It can be given and received, but not destroyed.
If your looking for someone to blame, then look at the EUA, as it exists in Australia. Start there. But I think you'll find that there is no one specific is responsible. There is no stipululations that apply because it is ASSUMED that you cannot give IC for experimental products that have no long term data.
